Let’s get started.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you’re an athlete under pressure to perform, a child learning how to manage big emotions, or a young adult navigating life’s transitions—you don’t have to do it alone.

General Counseling

I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can recognize strengths, acquire coping skills, build resilience, and develop tools to feel more confident and grounded—both in everyday life and in high-performance environments. I specialize in the following areas:

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety, OCD, Panic

  • Depression

  • Autism

  • Emotional Regulation, Impulsivity

  • Relationship Struggles

  • Parental Support

  • Education Challenges (including 504/IEP support)

  • Young Adult Issues

  • Giftedness

  • Multidisciplinary Approach- collaborating with other providers or educators to ensure a well rounded, collaborative approach to your support team

While my primary approaches are based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring treatment plans to each client’s individual needs. I believe that there is no one size fits all treatment plan, and I aim to take a collaborative approach, working with my clients to figure out what works best for them.

Athlete Focused Therapy

Supporting athletes in navigating both the mental health demands of their sport and the broader challenges of life beyond competition. My work supports athletes with:

  • Confidence and Mindset

  • Stress, Pressure, and Burnout

  • Injury and Transitions

  • Anxiety

  • Identity Tied to Sport

  • Building Resilience

  • General Mental Health

  • Stress Navigating the College Recruiting Process

At Believe, I am passionate about taking whole-athlete approach to care. Personally and professionally, I recognize that an athlete is so much more than their sport or their ability to perform. I aim to create a supportive space where athletes develop mental skills, increase self-awareness, and grow healthier relationships with their performance, competitions, and themselves- both on and off the field.

Insurance and Costs

I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans. Many clients are able to use their out-of-network mental health benefits for partial reimbursement. To support this process, I provide superbills and directly assist clients with submitting claims and navigating the reimbursement process with their insurance company. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by plan, but I’m happy to support in understanding your specific benefits. Contact me directly for further information about session costs and insurance reimbursements.
