Behind Believe:

I’m Anna! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in Washington. Professionally, I have 5+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in group practice, elementary to high schools, and a child advocacy center.

In my experience as a competitive athlete, I was a part of a high school state championship, high school national qualifier, NCAA Division I athlete, SEC Champion, and NCAA All-American. All of that to say, I get it. I’ve personally experienced the highest of highs and some pretty tough lows, and I feel passionate about supporting others as they navigate the same.

The name “Believe” holds deep personal meaning from me. When I was in high school, we wore the word on shirts before every cross country meet. At the time, it served as a reminder to believe in our training, our team, and ourselves. Now, that same message guides my work. I believe in my clients, the ability to change, and the growth that is possible through therapeutic relationships.
